Note: All scheduled Public Courses will be held as live online sessions via Zoom, until further notice. Our online courses are designed to maximise the benefit of "face" time while balancing the attention span of the online format. There is no compromise in content or learning activities, which we have ensured is the same as in our face-to-face programmes.
This course allows the participants to understand individual styles and how to work smarter with other people. Each participant will receive a personal profile reportprior to the course utilising the DISC behavioural model. Through interactive exercises, the participants gain deeper insights into their own behaviour and the behaviour of others in a variety of situations, and learn to adjust individual behaviours to improve personal and team effectiveness.
