Note: This Webinar session will be held online via Zoom. Our Micro-Learning sessions are designed to maximise the benefit of "face" time while balancing the attention span of the online format. There is no compromise in content or learning activities, which we have ensured is the same as in our face-to-face programmes.

Micro-Learning Session
The current health precautions have thrust employers into adopting work-from-home, remote work and staggered work hours. In a city that values convenient transport, ease for getting together, and being present in the office, the sudden change to work practices has brought about its own concerns.
In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore the common challenges for teams working remotely and look at ways to put virtual management and team building into practice immediately. We’ll discuss what team leaders need to consider to ensure your people CAN work from home, and do so efficiently and effectively. In addition, we’ll have interactive practice for coaching and managing team members remotely.
  • Explore common challenges of working with virtual and remote teams
  • Understand how to implement best practices for remote management and team building
  • Identify needs and rules for working from home and flexible work arrangements
  • Develop a strategy to ensure optimal efficiency from remote team members
